Two kids who lived in the shadow of an aristocratic family yearn for the fabled Penglai fairyland. The warlocks arrived, the Gan Shi star passed by, and the star stone cast a tripod, waking the power buried within each of their bodies as well as their hitherto unseen yearning.

Where it came from
Blader Soul is a 2017 original net animation produced by the Chinese platform Bilibili. It emerged during a period when the studio was actively expanding its portfolio of original animated content, aiming to tap into the growing domestic interest in stylized, action-oriented storytelling. The project was designed to showcase high-octane combat sequences and a distinct visual language typical of contemporary web-based animation series.
The production sought to balance traditional animation techniques with digital sensibilities, prioritizing fluid character movement and dynamic battle choreography. While the series did not reach the widespread international acclaim of some high-budget domestic counterparts, it remains a notable example of Bilibili's early efforts to establish an identity as a creator of original animated intellectual property rather than merely a distribution hub.
