Where it came from
Released in 2024 by the studio Pink Pineapple, this OVA serves as an animated adaptation of adult-oriented source material focused on the premise of a shared living space involving a bath manufacturer's showroom. Pink Pineapple has a long-standing reputation within the adult animation industry for producing high-volume OVA series that cater to niche genre tropes, often focusing on domestic or workplace scenarios with elaborate character dynamics.
The production follows the studio's standard approach of prioritizing character-centric narratives within confined, themed environments. As an adaptation, the design choices reflect the visual shorthand commonly found in contemporary independent adult anime, utilizing consistent character archetypes meant to appeal to fans of the original illustrated medium. Upon its release, the title circulated primarily through digital and niche physical distribution channels typical of the studio's catalog.
