Joker has come to Japan to steal the Eagle Talon Society's secret weapons in his continued scheme for pure chaos. However, the Justice League is on his trail, but there's something off with Batman. Now, it's up to Eagle Talon to go find out what's wrong with him, and that means going back in time to Bruce Wayne's most traumatic experience, the murder of his parents. The Eagle Talon Society also have to keep their eyes on their production budget, especially with most of that money going towards the licensing fee for DC's popular characters. Will the Eagle Talon Society and the Justice League be able to stop the Joker before their budget dries up, and they're reduced to simple stick figures!?

Where it came from
Released in 2017, DC Super Heroes vs Taka no Tsume Dan emerged as a collaborative project between DC Entertainment and the Japanese studio DLE. The film functions as a satirical crossover, pitting the iconic Justice League against the Eagle Talon Society, a bumbling troupe of villains originating from the long-running Flash animation series Himitsu Kessha Taka no Tsume. The project was intended as a lighthearted promotional experiment designed to introduce Western comic icons to the unique, absurdist comedic sensibilities of Japanese flash-style animation.
The film was directed by Frogman, the creator of the Eagle Talon franchise, who is known for his signature minimalist aesthetic and improvisational dialogue style. By contrasting the high-stakes heroics of characters like Batman and Superman with the low-budget, meta-humor characteristic of DLE's studio productions, the team aimed to subvert standard superhero tropes. Upon release, the film was noted for its unconventional visual style and its self-referential commentary on the limited budget and production constraints typical of the studio's output.
