Kyle, the protagonist of this story, is one of the 7 heroes who defeated the evil overlord. After that battle he starts a conquest of the continent in order to unite the humans who live on it.
Standing against Kyle is only his younger brother Syll, who is also one of the seven heroes. Kyle stole his throne, but failed to kill him.

Where it came from
Elf-hime Nina was released in 2010 as an original video animation produced by the studio Pixy. It emerged during a period when the Japanese home video market frequently explored niche fantasy archetypes, utilizing the OVA format to bypass the constraints of television broadcast regulations and focus on targeted aesthetic appeal for a specific demographic of collectors.
The production sought to capitalize on established character design trends common in the late 2000s, prioritizing expressive, stylized visuals that emphasized the elf-themed fantasy setting. While the title is regarded as a modest entry within its studio's catalog, it serves as a representative example of the character-driven short-form animation that characterized the independent production culture of that era.
