Fate/Grand Order: Fujimaru Ritsuka wa Wakaranai Season 2 Specials

Released in 2025 as a continuation of the short-form comedy adaptation of the Fate/Grand Order franchise, these specials were produced by Studio DLE. The series is based on the manga by Taso, which offers a humorous, simplified take on the complex narrative of the mobile game. The project emerged from a desire to provide lighthearted content that pokes fun at the game's mechanics and the eccentric nature of its cast of heroic spirits.

The animation style is defined by DLE's signature low-frame-count, flash-based aesthetic, which emphasizes comedic timing and expressive, minimalist character designs over traditional action sequences. By stripping away the high-stakes drama typical of the Fate series, the shorts aim to humanize the protagonist, Ritsuka Fujimaru, and offer fans a satirical perspective on their own experiences as players. It was received as a niche, palate-cleansing companion piece to the main franchise.
