Five Fire Fish

Five Fire Fish is a short film project that emerged from the independent experimental cinema scene, characterized by a focus on non-linear narrative and surrealist visual motifs. Conceived by a collective of visual artists looking to explore the intersection of elemental imagery and psychological tension, the production was crafted as a deliberate departure from traditional commercial storytelling.

The film's aesthetic was heavily influenced by mid-century avant-garde animation, prioritizing saturated color palettes and hand-drawn textures to convey a sense of fluid, dreamlike motion. Upon its limited release at festival circuits, it was noted by critics for its distinctive sound design and minimalist structure, ultimately finding a niche following among enthusiasts of experimental film and contemporary visual media.
