Future Folktales Season 2

Future Folktales Season 2, released in 2024, serves as a continuation of the ambitious ONA series produced by Manga Productions. Established as a Saudi Arabian media studio, Manga Productions developed the series to bridge traditional Arabian heritage with modern animation techniques. The project was conceived as an educational and cultural initiative, intended to share regional storytelling traditions with a global audience while promoting values such as curiosity and resilience.

The visual design and narrative structure of the series were crafted to appeal to both younger and mature demographics by blending futuristic technological aesthetics with ancient folktales. By collaborating with international talent and local creators, the studio sought to establish a distinct voice in the global animation landscape. The reception of the second season has been noted for its commitment to high-quality visual production and its focus on cultural preservation within a science-fiction framework.
