Jinxiu Shenzhou Zhi Qi You Ji 2

Jinxiu Shenzhou Zhi Qi You Ji 2, often referred to as the second season of the Fabulous China series, emerged during a period of rapid expansion in Chinese domestic animation. Produced by the Beijing-based studio Eallin, the series was designed to blend traditional Chinese cultural motifs with modern 3D computer-generated imagery. The creators aimed to produce an educational yet entertaining narrative that would appeal to a younger demographic while showcasing the technical capabilities of the domestic animation industry during the mid-2010s.

The series centers on the adventures of characters traveling through a stylized, animated version of China, intended to introduce folklore and geography to its audience. The animation style was notable for its reliance on early-to-mid 2010s digital rendering techniques, reflecting the transition toward more sophisticated 3D production pipelines in the region. Upon its release, it was received as a contribution to the growing body of state-supported children's media, recognized primarily for its ambition to modernize traditional storytelling through accessible visual formats.
