Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club The Movie – Finale – Chapter 1

Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club The Movie – Finale – Chapter 1 is the first entry in a three-part film trilogy that serves as the conclusion to the Nijigasaki spin-off series. Produced by Sunrise, the project was announced to further explore the stories of the school idol club members following the end of their second television anime season. The film maintains the series' characteristic focus on the individual dreams and unique performance styles of each idol, shifting the narrative scope to a larger cinematic canvas while retaining the staff and creative vision established in the preceding episodes.

The character designs for the project were overseen by the established production team, continuing the vibrant and expressive aesthetic that has defined the Nijigasaki branch of the Love Live franchise. This design language emphasizes individual personality through distinct costumes and performance choreography, reflecting the group's thematic emphasis on personal growth and self-expression. Upon its release in 2024, the film was received by the long-standing community of fans who have followed the multimedia project since its inception, serving as a highly anticipated milestone in the ongoing development of the franchise's overarching narrative.
