A collaboration between Kemono Friends and Nissin. They promote the latter's Donbei Kitsune Udon product with the Silver Fox and the Ezo Red Fox. In the first episode the duo are trying to figure out how to eat it as well as finding an old pay-per-view TV, putting money in it, and watching an "old" live-action Nissin Donbei Kitsune Udon commercial (said commercial is real and was created this year).

Where it came from
The Nissin no Donbei × Kemono Friends: Fukkura short was produced in 2017 as a collaborative promotional campaign between the instant noodle brand Nissin and the popular Kemono Friends media franchise. Released during the height of the franchise's cultural resurgence following the success of its 2017 anime adaptation, the project sought to capitalize on the series' gentle, whimsical aesthetic by integrating the characters into the specific context of the Donbei Kitsune Udon brand.
The animation features the series' central characters interacting with the signature kitsune (fox) mascot associated with the product line. Designed to maintain the distinct visual style of the anime, the short was well-received by the established fan base for its lighthearted tone and ability to seamlessly blend commercial messaging with the established personality traits of the characters, serving as a brief but memorable piece of contemporary Japanese corporate-franchise crossover media.
