NoriPro Anime

NoriPro is a prominent Japanese virtual YouTuber agency established by the illustrator Norio Tsukudani. The 2022 ONA (Original Net Animation) projects released under this banner were designed to expand the agency's multimedia presence, showcasing the distinct visual style of Tsukudani, who is well-regarded for character designs characterized by expressive, soft aesthetic traits. These animations serve as episodic extensions of the talent's personas, intended to provide fans with high-quality, short-form narratives that highlight the unique dynamics between the various affiliated streamers.

The reception of these projects within the VTuber community has been generally positive, viewed primarily as a bridge between the live-streamed personality-driven content and traditional anime production. By utilizing the established character models and lore developed through the agency’s streamers, the ONA format allowed for a more structured storytelling approach. This initiative reflects a broader industry trend where independent VTuber agencies invest in animation to solidify their brand identity and diversify their content output beyond live interactions.
