Okami-san and Her Seven Companions

Okami-san and Her Seven Companions, known in Japan as Okami-san to Shichinin no Nakamatachi, was produced by J.C.Staff and broadcast in 2010. The series is an adaptation of a light novel series written by Masashi Okita and illustrated by Unaji. It was developed during a period when J.C.Staff was prolific in the romantic comedy and light novel adaptation genres, aiming to blend the archetypal high school setting with a narrative framed by fairy tale motifs and a meta-fictional, storybook-style narration.
