During the late 20th and early 21st centuries, Gakken was widely recognized for developing instructional media that distilled complex social and financial topics into accessible, animated formats for Japanese classrooms.
The production reflects Gakken’s pedagogical commitment to financial literacy, focusing on the circulation of currency, the role of banks, and the importance of personal economic responsibility.
