Hisoka was an orphan who was raised by Yukitaka, the present head of the worldwide Jinsei Corporation, with the help of his right-hand man Daisuke. He was adopted for the sole purpose of working both publicly and secretly for his daughter Orihime, who was next in line to inherit the business. That’s why he did not hesitate when he was asked by Yukitaka to attend the same school as her and serve as her bodyguard in secret.
The only problem was that her school was the refined Saint Ceral Girls’ Academy, which was closed to boys. He didn’t know it at the time, but it would be a major turning point in his life.

Where it came from
Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru: Mittsu no Kiraboshi is a three-part OVA series released in 2022 that serves as a continuation of the long-running cross-dressing school romance franchise. Produced by studio Brave Hearts, the project was intended to commemorate the legacy of the series while introducing a new cast at St. Miator's Girls' Academy, shifting the focus to a fresh generation of students navigating the series' signature themes of identity and gender-bending romance.
The character designs were handled with the goal of maintaining the aesthetic continuity established by the original visual novel and subsequent anime adaptations. The production aimed to recapture the sentimental tone of the early 2000s bishoujo genre while updating the animation quality for a modern audience. Upon its release, it was received primarily by the established fan base as a nostalgic callback, focusing on character-driven interactions rather than significant departures from the franchise's traditional narrative tropes.
