Where it came from
Robin with his 100 Friends, a children's television series originating from South Korea, premiered its second season in 2012. The show was developed to offer educational entertainment for preschoolers, centered on the character of Robin and his interactions with a diverse array of animal companions. This format was designed to encourage social development and problem-solving through episodic adventures that emphasize friendship and cooperation.
The production utilized a mix of colorful, high-contrast animation and gentle character designs intended to appeal to a younger demographic. Following the established tone of the inaugural season, the creative team focused on steady pacing and clear moral narratives. The series gained recognition within the South Korean domestic market for its accessibility and consistent educational messaging, serving as a staple of early childhood programming during that period.
