A rumor spreads among young people that if a person gets on "that" train, he/she will disappear.... Most of them don't believe it, but it exists.... It's called Michishio. Michishio was invented to train young girls and make them sex slaves. At first sight, the train is completely the same as a normal train. However, it shows its true self once in a few months. The girls who get on the train are severely trained and become sex slaves.... Seiji is a train conductor. He can do whatever he wants to the girls on the train since he has a special training ability. And another Michishio now departs....

Where it came from
The Special Express 'Mithishio' OVA was released by Studio Y.O.U.C in 2010 as a niche entry within the broader tradition of Japanese railway-themed animation. Produced during a period where small independent studios were increasingly exploring specialized subcultures, the project aimed to provide a stylized, technical look at express locomotive operation, catering specifically to the dedicated community of train enthusiasts known as densha otaku.
The design of the OVA leans into a blend of technical accuracy and character-driven narrative typical of the studio's output during this era. While the production values were modest compared to major industry titles, the creative team sought to capture the aesthetic allure of high-speed rail travel through carefully choreographed sequences. Reception remained largely confined to dedicated railway hobbyist circles, where it is appreciated primarily as a specialized document of mid-2000s niche animation production.
