Super Nuko ni Naritai

Super Nuko ni Naritai is a prominent single by the Japanese vocaloid producer Suzumu, released in 2013 featuring the vocals of Kagamine Len. The track emerged from the vibrant Niconico Douga subculture, where vocaloid music was rapidly evolving into a mainstream phenomenon in Japan. It was written and composed by Suzumu, a musician known for his high-energy, narrative-driven compositions that often explored themes of transformation and identity, characteristic of the era's digital pop aesthetic.

The song's design and visual presentation were heavily influenced by the contemporary illustrative styles found in internet-native music videos, often featuring stylized, colorful character designs. Its reception was marked by significant success within the vocaloid community, leading to its inclusion in various compilation albums and rhythm games. The work remains a representative example of the catchy, fast-paced electronic music that defined the mid-2010s vocaloid scene.
