Youzi Yin

Youzi Yin is a notable Chinese original net animation (ONA) produced by the studio Dazzling Star. Emerging within the rapid expansion of the Chinese animation industry during the mid-2010s, the series was designed to tap into the growing domestic demand for high-quality, character-driven digital content. It reflects the studio's broader commitment to blending traditional narrative motifs with contemporary digital art styles to reach a younger, digitally native audience.

The visual language of the production is characterized by a sleek, atmospheric aesthetic typical of Dazzling Star's creative direction during that period. By focusing on polished character designs and fluid animation sequences, the creators sought to differentiate the series from longer, episodic television broadcasts. While the series maintains a niche status, it is regarded by critics as a representative example of how independent studios leveraged online platforms to experiment with visual storytelling outside of traditional broadcast constraints.
