Chinese Bush Warbler

The Chinese bush warbler, scientifically classified as Locustella tacsanowskia, is a migratory passerine bird belonging to the Locustellidae family. It was first formally described by the Russian naturalist Bronisław Taczanowski in 1876, reflecting the 19th-century scientific efforts to catalog the biodiversity of the Russian Far East and neighboring regions. The species is primarily found in eastern Asia, breeding in areas such as Russia, Mongolia, and northern China, and migrating to Southeast Asia for the winter.
