Little Shearwater

The Little Shearwater, scientifically classified as Puffinus assimilis, is a member of the Procellariidae family, a group of seabirds highly adapted to a life of oceanic wandering. Historically, these birds have been observed across various temperate and subtropical waters of the Southern Hemisphere, with populations fragmented across islands in the Atlantic, Indian, and Pacific Oceans.
