Moustached Grass-Warbler

The Moustached Grass-Warbler, Melocichla mentalis, is a passerine bird native to the tall grasslands and savannahs of sub-Saharan Africa. Taxonomically, it is recognized for its distinct plumage, featuring a brownish-olive back and a pale, yellowish underbelly, punctuated by the characteristic dark malar stripe that gives the species its name.
