White-cheeked Cotinga

The White-cheeked Cotinga, scientifically known as Zaratornis stresemanni, was first described by ornithologist Hans von Berlepsch in 1901. It is a rare and elusive member of the Cotingidae family, restricted to a narrow range within the high-altitude Polylepis woodlands of the Peruvian Andes.
