Yellow-breasted Barbet

The yellow-breasted barbet, scientifically known as Trachyphonus margaritatus, is a member of the Lybiidae family native to the arid regions of sub-Saharan Africa. Ornithologically categorized within the African barbet group, the species was formally described in the early 19th century.
