Bruno Bruni

Published in 1997 by Galerie Brockstedt, this monograph serves as a comprehensive visual survey of the work of Italian artist Bruno Bruni. The volume was created to celebrate his distinct aesthetic, which frequently merges classical artistic sensibilities with contemporary expressionism. Bruni, who gained significant prominence in Germany during the latter half of the 20th century, focused this collection on his signature lithographs and bronze sculptures, capturing his recurring motifs of human anatomy, movement, and sensuality.

The book functions as both an art historical record and a showcase of Bruni's technical process. By partnering with Galerie Brockstedt, a long-standing institution in the German art scene, the publication aimed to contextualize Bruni's contributions to European figurative art. Its design prioritizes high-quality reproductions, intending to preserve the tactile nature of his prints for scholars and private collectors alike, reflecting the gallery's ongoing role in documenting the artist's prolific career.
