Deadly Fortune

Deadly Fortune was published in 2023 by Legacy LLC as a central entry in the expansive Eldros fantasy universe. The novel was crafted by Aaron Rosenberg, a prolific author known for his contributions to various established gaming and fantasy franchises, tasked here with deepening the narrative landscape of the Eldros setting by blending traditional high-fantasy tropes with the intricate political machinations inherent to this specific world-building project.

The design and narrative direction of the book reflect a deliberate effort by Legacy LLC to formalize the lore of the Eldros property through professional prose. Rosenberg’s approach was to focus on character-driven stakes within an immersive environment, aiming to provide both established fans of the tabletop and digital media associated with the setting and new readers with a grounded, entry-point story that expands the legacy of the fictional realm.
