What attendees get

Everything they ask for, in one link

Four things every collector wants on the floor, ready the moment they open your link.

  • Interactive floor plan

Your floor plan, live. Pinch, zoom and tap any booth to see who’s there, or search an exhibitor and jump straight to them.

  • Vendor directory

Every exhibitor in one searchable list, with their booth number and the pieces they’re bringing.

  • Schedule

Talks, workshops and panels by day. Attendees star the sessions they want and can get a reminder before each one starts.

  • Scavenger hunt

A card of exhibitors to find, with a prize at the end. It walks people into booths they might have passed by.

And the little things that add up

  • Notes on any booth

Prices, plans, who to come back to. Saved on the phone, synced to their collection when they sign in.

  • Finds, straight into a collection

One tap adds an exhibitor’s featured piece to the attendee’s own collecto.rs collection, along with where it came from.

  • Follow an exhibitor

Attendees follow the shops they loved and keep up with them long after load-out.

  • Visited booths

Mark a booth as visited and watch the map fill in as the day goes.

  • Stages and landmarks

Stages, workshop rooms and restrooms sit on the map, each showing what’s on there next.

  • Happening now

Live sessions are flagged on the schedule, and every session links to its spot on the map.

  • No download needed

It all runs in the phone’s browser. No app to install, and no account needed to explore.

  • Light and dark

Easy to read in a bright hall and on the drive home.

  • Fast on packed show Wi-Fi

Built to load quickly on crowded convention Wi-Fi and overloaded cell signal.

What exhibitors get

A booth that keeps selling after the show

Every vendor gets a digital booth on collecto.rs, built from the collection they already keep.

  • A free home on collecto.rs

Their booth links to their own collecto.rs profile, at no cost.

  • Their stock, as a collection

The pieces featured at their booth come straight from their collection.

  • Found after the show

Buyers follow them, and their profile is still there the week after.

  • They dial in their own booth

Photo, bio and featured pieces come from their profile, so updating the booth is as easy as updating their collection.

What organizers get

Less on your plate. More on the floor

You run the show. We handle the pages, the vendor setup and the questions your info desk hears all weekend.

Event landing page for PlantCon Houston Fall 2026 on a phone: the PlantCon logo, show dates and exhibitor counts above big buttons for the map, scavenger hunt and workshops.

PlantCon Houston’s show page: the one link attendees open.

  • Vendor onboarding, handled

Send your vendor list. We put every exhibitor on your floor plan, and each one gets a link to claim their booth.

  • Attendees engaged all day

The hunt, the schedule and the map keep people moving through the hall from doors to close.

  • Giveaways that get people moving

Want a giveaway? We’ll build it into your show’s pages: an entry page, the rules and a pin on the map. We’re collectors too, so we like to chip in prizes.

  • A front page for your show

One landing page that links to the map, the schedule and everything else: exhibiting, sponsoring, volunteering, your next show.

  • Room for your sponsors

We’ll feature your sponsors on your show’s pages, and your show page sends brands straight to your sponsorship info.

  • Fewer repeat questions

Where’s booth B12? When does the workshop start? Where are the restrooms? The answers are on the map and the schedule, not at your info desk.

  • Free

No cost to you, your exhibitors or your attendees.

Questions organizers ask

Something else on your mind? Ask in the form below.

DavidEthan

We’re David and Ethan, the collectors behind collecto.rs.

Every message reaches us both, and we answer it ourselves.

Ask us anything →

How much does it cost?

Nothing. It’s free for organizers, for exhibitors and for attendees. Here’s why.

What do you need from us?

Your floor plan and your vendor list. If you have talks or workshops, send the schedule too, and we’ll put it on your show’s pages.

Can attendees use it without the app?

Yes. Everything runs in the phone’s web browser, with no download. The map, directory, schedule and scavenger hunt all work without an account; signing up adds extras like saved sessions, reminders and notes that sync.

Will it work on crowded convention Wi-Fi?

Yes. We built it for show floors: it loads quickly on overloaded Wi-Fi and weak cell signal, so attendees aren’t stuck waiting at the door.

Can we get an interactive floor plan for our vendor show?

Yes. Send us your floor plan and vendor list, and we turn them into an interactive floor plan attendees can search, zoom and tap, with each exhibitor at their booth.

Does it work for card shows, comic cons and other collector events?

Yes. The floor plan, vendor directory, schedule and scavenger hunt work for any show with tables and exhibitors: card shows, comic cons, record fairs, coin and toy shows, and more. PlantCon was the first.

What do you do with our vendor list?

We use your floor plan and vendor list to build your show’s pages, and we email your exhibitors a link to set up their digital booth. Exhibitors’ and attendees’ collections belong to them, and anyone can export theirs as CSV or JSON.

Why it’s free

Your attendees are collectors, and so are we. We’re betting that once they’ve used your map, plenty of them will fall for collecto.rs, because we’re the best way to track any and every collection. You get the event app; we get to meet your passionate crowd of collectors.
