Educational Jollies 101

Educational Jollies 101 was published in 2000 by Vantage Press, a long-standing vanity publisher based in New York. The work fits into the instructional and humorous nonfiction tradition, aiming to blend educational concepts with lighter, entertainment-focused anecdotes. As a self-published or subsidy-published title, its release was modest, intended primarily for personal distribution and a niche audience interested in Clavin's specific approach to pedagogical commentary.

The book's design and content reflect the standards of independent publishing during the turn of the millennium, characterized by a focus on the author’s individual voice rather than major market trends. Jim Tom Clavin utilized the Vantage Press platform to reach readers who appreciated his particular brand of classroom-inspired wit. Because it did not receive widespread critical distribution, it remains a rare bibliophilic curiosity held primarily by those interested in the history of small-press educational literature.
