Schliemann's excavations

Schliemann's Excavations was written by Karl Schuchhardt, a classical archaeologist who served as a trusted colleague and assistant to Heinrich Schliemann. Published in its original English translation in 1891, the work serves as a comprehensive synthesis of the findings at Troy, Tiryns, Mycenae, Orchomenos, and Ithaca.
