Yo soy Eric Zimmerman, vol. I

Published in 2017 by the imprint Esencia, Yo soy Eric Zimmerman, vol. I was written by the prolific Spanish romance novelist Megan Maxwell. This work emerged as a direct response to the immense popularity of her preceding 'Pídeme lo que quieras' trilogy, serving as a companion piece that shifts the narrative perspective to the male protagonist, Eric Zimmerman. The project was conceived to satisfy a dedicated fanbase’s desire to understand the internal motivations and background of the character who had become a central figure in contemporary Spanish erotic romance literature.

The design and editorial direction for this volume were focused on maintaining visual consistency with the established aesthetics of the broader series. As a key entry in the domestic publishing market, the book follows the conventions of the romantic erotic genre, prioritizing character-driven storytelling. Upon release, the volume was received as a highly anticipated supplement for Maxwell's readership, reinforcing the commercial success of the series within the Iberian market and strengthening the author's status as a leading voice in Spanish-language romantic fiction.
