A∩B

A∩B is a collaborative project between Argentine experimental artist Juana Molina and multi-instrumentalist Alejandro Franov. Released in 2003, the work represents an intimate sonic exploration at the intersection of Molina’s evolving folk-electronic sensibilities and Franov’s eclectic, improvisational approach to composition. The record emerged from their shared creative orbit in Buenos Aires, capturing a period of significant artistic experimentation before Molina’s international profile fully expanded.

The album is defined by its sparse, atmospheric design and lack of formal label backing, which underscores its nature as a private, avant-garde dialogue between the two musicians. Eschewing the structured pop sensibilities of some of Molina's later solo work, the music focuses on fluid arrangements and layered textures. It remains a sought-after rarity for followers of the duo, valued for its raw, unfiltered look at their collaborative chemistry during a transitional phase in Argentine independent music.
