A Quiet Place: Storm Warning #3

A Quiet Place: Storm Warning #3 is part of a miniseries released in 2024, published by Marvel Comics in collaboration with Paramount Pictures. The series serves as an expansion of the cinematic universe established by John Krasinski, intended to bridge narrative gaps between the film installments while exploring the global impact of the silence-dependent creature invasion. The creative team aimed to replicate the intense, claustrophobic atmosphere of the films through a sequential art medium, emphasizing the visual storytelling of sound and tension in a world where any noise can be fatal.

The series design and aesthetic were helmed by a team of artists tasked with capturing the specific visual language of the franchise, specifically the creature design and the bleak, overgrown environments of a post-collapse America. The work received critical interest for its ability to translate the auditory-focused horror of the films into a silent, panel-based format. It was marketed primarily to fans of the film series, focusing on world-building and character survival arcs that fit within the established timeline of the franchise.
