Arasa OL Haman-sama #8

Arasa OL Haman-sama is a manga series created by the artist Iwamoto Tatsuro, serving as a humorous parody of the Gundam franchise. The series reimagines the formidable Neo Zeon leader Haman Karn as an ordinary thirty-something office lady navigating the mundane challenges of modern Japanese corporate life. It originated as a web manga, capitalizing on the surreal contrast between the character's terrifying original persona and the relatable, often exhausting realities of middle management and workplace office etiquette.

The eighth volume continues the series' established formula of blending Gundam lore with slice-of-life comedy. Iwamoto’s art style maintains the iconic visual cues of the character while adapting her into various domestic and professional scenarios. The work has been received as a lighthearted tribute to the franchise, finding an audience among fans who appreciate seeing classic, heavy-themed antagonists placed into surprisingly grounded, comedic, and often pathetic everyday situations.
