Aztek: The Ultimate Man #10

Aztek: The Ultimate Man #10 was published by DC Comics in 1997 as part of a short-lived monthly series created by writers Grant Morrison and Mark Millar, with interior art by N. Steven Harris. The character of Aztek was designed as a modern mythological hero, blending Aztec-inspired iconography with high-tech weaponry, serving as a distinct departure from the gritty street-level vigilantes that dominated much of the comics landscape during that decade.

This specific issue marks the conclusion of the series, providing a definitive resolution to the protagonist's struggle against his mysterious Q Society benefactors and his ultimate destiny. The narrative was widely praised by critics for its ambitious scope and philosophical undertones, though the series struggled to find a lasting audience at the time. It has since gained a reputation as a cult classic, frequently cited for its unique world-building and the creative synergy between Morrison and Millar.
