Chiseigaku Boys: Kuni ga Salaryman ni Natte Hataraku Kaisha #9

Chiseigaku Boys: Kuni ga Salaryman ni Natte Hataraku Kaisha is a Japanese web-based educational manga series that anthropomorphizes various countries as office workers to explain geopolitical concepts. Published primarily through digital platforms and social media, the series gained recognition for its ability to distill complex international relations and historical tensions into digestible, character-driven narratives, reflecting a growing trend in Japan of using manga as an accessible medium for social studies and political analysis.

The ninth issue continues the series' signature approach, focusing on the metaphorical power dynamics of global trade and diplomacy through the lens of a corporate workplace. The character designs rely on cultural tropes and visual shorthand to represent national stereotypes, an artistic choice intended to make abstract political alliances and conflicts easier for a general audience to recognize and remember. While the series remains a niche educational tool, it is frequently cited by followers for its clever use of humor to navigate sensitive geopolitical realities.
