Comic Yuri Hime #166

Comic Yuri Hime is a pioneering Japanese manga magazine published by Ichijinsha, which first emerged in 2005 as a dedicated anthology for the yuri genre. Issue 166 continues the magazine's long-standing tradition of exploring romantic and platonic relationships between women, serving as a platform for both established mangaka and emerging talent to contribute to a niche but culturally significant market that has shaped modern queer representation in manga.

The design and aesthetic of each issue in the series are curated to align with the magazine's signature soft, emotive, and character-driven visual identity. The covers and internal illustrations are typically commissioned from popular artists within the yuri community, aimed at evoking a sense of intimacy and emotional resonance. As a staple publication, the magazine is widely regarded for its role in standardizing the genre and providing a stable commercial venue for stories that fall outside the parameters of traditional mainstream manga anthologies.
