Dungeon Camper no Ore, Gal Haishinsha wo Tasuketara Bazutta Ue ni Mainichi Gal ga Meshi wo Kui ni Kuru #1

Dungeon Camper no Ore, Gal Haishinsha wo Tasuketara Bazutta Ue ni Mainichi Gal ga Meshi wo Kui ni Kuru is a light novel series written by Nagisa Kineko with illustrations by Hiten. The first volume was published in 2022 as part of the genre of 'dungeon-delving' stories that frequently cross over with modern internet culture themes like livestreaming. The narrative focuses on the intersection of a protagonist living a rugged life in a fantasy dungeon and his sudden connection with a popular female streamer, reflecting the growing trend of works that blend high-fantasy adventure settings with contemporary social media dynamics.

The character design and visual tone, handled by Hiten, were crafted to emphasize the contrast between the gritty dungeon environment and the bright, energetic aesthetic typical of modern romantic comedy light novels. Upon its release, the volume was positioned to capture the audience of readers who enjoy lighthearted interactions between social-media-savvy characters and traditional fantasy tropes. It received notice for its stylized artwork and the lighthearted premise, which aimed to revitalize the standard dungeon-crawling format by grounding it in the relatable, often humorous world of content creation.
