Guānyú wǒ Zhuǎnshēng Biànchéng Shǐláimǔ Zhèdàngshì #13

Guānyú wǒ Zhuǎnshēng Biànchéng Shǐláimǔ Zhèdàngshì, widely known internationally as That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, originated as a serialized web novel by Fuse before being adapted into a successful light novel series and subsequent manga. Issue 13 of the manga adaptation, illustrated by Taiki Kawakami, serves as a continuation of the narrative centered on the protagonist Rimuru Tempest. This specific volume tracks the complex political maneuvering and world-building that define the series, as Rimuru expands the reach of the Jura Tempest Federation.

The design of the manga adaptation adheres to the visual aesthetic established by Kawakami, emphasizing a blend of high-fantasy action and lighthearted character interaction. The series was designed to translate the dense progression of the original light novel into a more visual, fast-paced medium, which significantly contributed to its broad popularity among readers. Upon release, the volume was well-received for maintaining the consistent artistic quality of the series and for its faithful adaptation of the evolving conflict between the monsters of the forest and surrounding human nations.
