Guānyú wǒ Zhuǎnshēng Biànchéng Shǐláimǔ Zhèdàngshì #7

Guānyú wǒ Zhuǎnshēng Biànchéng Shǐláimǔ Zhèdàngshì, known internationally as That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, originated as a web novel by Fuse before being adapted into a light novel series and subsequently a manga serialized in Monthly Shōnen Sirius. The seventh volume of the manga adaptation, illustrated by Taiki Kawakami, follows the established narrative trajectory of the protagonist Rimuru Tempest as they work to build a harmonious monster nation. Kawakami’s character designs are noted for their clean, expressive aesthetic, which successfully translates the world-building of the original prose into a vibrant visual medium.

This volume arrived during the manga's rise in popularity, benefiting from the series' transition into a prominent transmedia franchise that includes anime and video game adaptations. Critical and commercial reception of the manga has remained consistently strong, often praised for its blend of fantasy tropes with lighthearted world-building and strategic narrative elements. The series continues to be a staple of modern isekai literature, with the seventh volume contributing to the broader development of the central conflict in the Jura Tempest Federation.
