Kanzaki-san Tsuno Detemasu!? #1

Kanzaki-san Tsuno Detemasu!? #1 is the inaugural volume of a manga series written and illustrated by the creator known as Miso. Published in the early 2020s within the context of contemporary Japanese seinen manga, the series centers on a protagonist named Kanzaki whose life takes an unexpected turn when she begins to sprout horns. The narrative uses this fantastical physical transformation as a springboard for exploring themes of personal identity and social awkwardness in a relatable, slice-of-life setting.

The design of the series is characterized by a clean, expressive art style that emphasizes the protagonist's emotional state as she navigates her bizarre predicament. Miso sought to balance supernatural elements with grounded, often comedic domestic situations. Upon its release, the work was noted for its lighthearted tone and ability to transform a peculiar premise into a charming exploration of self-acceptance, finding a receptive audience among readers who enjoy character-driven comedies with a hint of the surreal.
