Koi wa Sora Kara Futtekuru #3

Koi wa Sora Kara Futtekuru is a manga series created by artist and writer Miki Aihara, who is widely recognized for her contributions to the shōjo romance genre during the late 1990s and early 2000s. The series was serialized in Shogakukan's Bessatsu Shōjo Comic magazine, a publication catering to young female readers interested in heartfelt, often dramatic coming-of-age stories. The third volume continues the narrative development established in the series' opening chapters, focusing on the complex emotional landscape of its protagonists.

The aesthetic of the series reflects the classic shōjo style prevalent during this era, characterized by expressive character designs and atmospheric paneling that emphasizes internal monologue and interpersonal tension. Aihara's work during this period was well-regarded for its exploration of mature emotional themes within a high school setting, which helped the series secure a dedicated readership. It remains a representative example of the character-driven romance manga that helped define the visual and narrative conventions of the magazine's output at the turn of the millennium.
