Kyō Kara Hajimeru Osananajimi #9

Kyō Kara Hajimeru Osananajimi, written and illustrated by Mao Nitō, began its serialization in 2020 as a lighthearted romantic comedy manga. The series explores the evolving relationship between two childhood friends who transition from platonic companions to a romantic couple, focusing on the comedic misunderstandings and gradual affection that define their new dynamic. It gained traction through its serialized presence in digital magazines, appealing to readers who enjoy low-stakes, character-driven slice-of-life narratives.

The ninth volume continues the established aesthetic of the series, featuring character designs that emphasize expressive, soft-line art typical of modern shōnen and seinen romantic comedies. The cover art maintains the series' signature bright, pastel-leaning palette, designed to capture the cheerful tone of the story. Like its predecessors, the volume was received as a standard installment that preserves the consistent pacing and humor that fans of the series expect from Nitō's work.
