Little Miss P #4

Little Miss P was a Japanese manga series created by Ken Koyama, serialized beginning in 2017. The series gained significant attention for its anthropomorphic depiction of menstruation, represented as a recurring pink character who visits the protagonist to remind her of her monthly cycle. The work emerged from a cultural shift in Japan toward more open conversations regarding women's health and the realities of the menstrual experience.

Koyama designed the character to be intrusive yet occasionally empathetic, blending comedy with the everyday frustrations of the biological process. The series was praised for its ability to destigmatize the subject through a lighthearted, observational lens, eventually leading to a live-action film adaptation. Issue number four, like its counterparts, continues this blend of humor and social commentary, serving as a distinct installment in the broader narrative of the character's relationship with various women.
