Megalith: The Olympus Saga #2

Megalith: The Olympus Saga #2 was published in 2013 as part of a series produced by Megalith Entertainment, a venture spearheaded by former Marvel Comics editor-in-chief Jim Shooter. The title was intended to revitalize a superhero universe grounded in a more traditional, classic comic book aesthetic that emphasized clear storytelling and mythic archetypes, contrasting with the grittier, deconstructionist trends prevalent in early 2010s mainstream comics.

The series featured work by industry veterans including Jim Shooter, who provided scripts aimed at recapturing the collaborative energy of mid-century superhero narratives. The design and visual style were focused on bold character-driven illustrations, though the series ultimately struggled to gain significant traction in a crowded marketplace, remaining a niche entry that reflects the ambitions and creative sensibilities of Shooter's later independent publishing efforts.
