Ojōsama Otoko no Kokoroe #2

Ojōsama Otoko no Kokoroe, written and illustrated by mangaka Aoi Futaba, emerged during a period of rising interest in gender-bending and subcultural comedic manga within the seinen demographic. The series was designed to explore the humorous and often surreal social expectations placed on the titular character, who attempts to navigate life while adhering to the refined, exaggerated mannerisms of a traditional high-society young lady, or 'ojōsama'.

The second volume continues the central narrative arc established in the series debut, further refining the comedic timing and stylistic flair that characterize Futaba's art. The work was generally received by its niche audience as a lighthearted, satirical take on identity and social performance, praised for its commitment to the juxtaposition of the protagonist's masculine form and feminine aspirations.
