Oppfinnar-Jockes Kluriga Magasin #198201

Oppfinnar-Jockes Kluriga Magasin was a Swedish comic publication focused on the character Gyro Gearloose, known in Sweden as Oppfinnar-Jocke. Launched in the early 1980s, the magazine was designed to cater to a younger audience interested in mechanics, puzzles, and scientific curiosity, aligning with the character's persona as an inventive inventor in the Duck universe. The publication served as a spin-off from the broader Donald Duck & Co. ecosystem, providing a dedicated space for stories that emphasized logic, invention, and intellectual exploration.

The 198201 issue represents the first edition of the magazine from that year, following the stylistic traditions of Disney-licensed Swedish comics. The design and editorial approach were guided by the Egmont group's local editorial teams, who curated translated Disney material alongside original educational content and reader-submitted inventions. It was received as a niche but cherished title for children who preferred the gadget-centric narratives of Duckburg over traditional adventure comics, eventually becoming a notable piece of Swedish comic history for Disney collectors.
