Q.E.D. Univ. - Shōmei Shūryō #4

Q.E.D. Univ. - Shōmei Shūryō is a spin-off series derived from Motohiro Katou’s long-running mystery manga, Q.E.D. The series focuses on the character Tōma Sō, a genius polymath who solves complex criminal cases through rigorous logic and scientific methodology. This specific installment, issue number four, continues the tradition of the parent series by blending deductive reasoning with procedural mystery, aiming to challenge the reader to solve the puzzle alongside the protagonist.

The series was created by Motohiro Katou, who is well-regarded for his meticulous approach to embedding real-world scientific and mathematical principles into his narratives. Like its predecessor, the series is published in Kodansha’s Monthly Shōnen Magazine. It was designed to appeal to readers who enjoy intellectual mysteries, maintaining a minimalist aesthetic that places emphasis on character dialogue and the clarity of the investigative process rather than high-action sequences.
