Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Saturday Morning Adventures #38

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Saturday Morning Adventures #38 was published by Archie Comics as part of their long-running series based on the 1987 animated television show. Launched in the early 1990s, the series sought to capitalize on the immense popularity of the Turtles by offering original storylines that mirrored the lighthearted, episodic nature of the cartoon, distinguishing itself from the darker, grittier tone found in the original Mirage Studios source material.

The issue fits within the established aesthetic of the Archie run, which utilized a vibrant, accessible art style designed to appeal to the younger demographic watching the Saturday morning broadcast. While the creative teams shifted over the years, the series maintained a consistent focus on humor and action-oriented adventures that adhered to the televised version of the Turtles' personalities and world, marking it as a significant piece of 1990s licensed comic book history.
