Tsurip: (Kabu) Senya Geinō no Fukuri Kōsei Toshite no Tsuri Ryokō #2

Tsurip is a specialized, niche Japanese periodical series centered on the intersection of recreational fishing and corporate employee welfare programs. Issue number two explores the theme of fishing trips as a formal recreational benefit for workers, reflecting a post-war Japanese corporate culture that prioritized group bonding activities outside of the office environment to foster team cohesion and employee morale.

The publication utilizes a minimalist, functional aesthetic typical of trade newsletters and recreational hobbyist magazines of its era. It was designed to provide practical advice and logistical planning for companies looking to organize group excursions, combining instructional fishing techniques with administrative guidance on how to manage these trips as part of a comprehensive company benefits package.
