Snapdragon Scalers

Snapdragon Scalers were released as part of the Monarch expansion for the Flesh and Blood trading card game in 2021, specifically included as a staple piece of equipment in the Boltyn Blitz Deck. Designed by Legend Story Studios, the card serves as a mechanical utility piece that allows players to grant an attack action card go again, facilitating the game's core loop of chaining rapid attacks. This design reflects the studio's commitment to creating tactical, interactive equipment that rewards players for managing their action points effectively throughout the game's fluid combat system.

As a common-rarity equipment, the card was intended to be an accessible entry point for new players learning the combat dynamics of the Warrior class, specifically the hero Ser Boltyn. The aesthetic direction follows the high-fantasy industrial motif established for the game, utilizing sharp, dynamic character art that emphasizes speed and agility. Upon its release, the card became a widely recognized utility tool within the community, valued primarily for its functional role in competitive deck construction rather than its rarity status.
