Where it came from
Spring Load was released as part of the Arakni Blitz Deck, a pre-constructed product for the Flesh and Blood trading card game designed to introduce players to the Assassin class. Released in the Welcome to Rathe and subsequent expansion cycles, these decks were engineered by Legend Story Studios to provide a balanced, ready-to-play experience that showcases the core mechanics of the hero Arakni, focused on the 'contract' and 'stealth' playstyles.
The card features artwork commissioned by Legend Story Studios, consistent with the dark, gritty aesthetic of the Rathe setting. As a common-rarity action card, it serves a functional purpose within the Arakni deck, allowing players to manipulate the top of their deck to set up future attacks. It is widely regarded as a staple utility card for new players learning the intricacies of the game's complex combat chain mechanics.
